Andrew Noseda Property Analyst Andrew is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API), Associate of the Royal Institute Charter Surveyors (RICS) and a Certified Practising Valuer.

Andrea Daglas Quality Analyst Andrea specialises in operational planning, training and continuous improvement, process and system improvement, change management and management of budgets and financial performance.

Mike McDermott Director Mike has over 30 years valuation and valuation-related experience in the public and private sectors, both nationally and internationally. Mike specializes in commercial and industrial valuations locally. Internationally, Mike consults on land policy, legislation and administration, with an emphasis on the relationship between land and both public and private finance.

Janine Rose Business Analyst Janine is a member of the Australian Computer Society, holding qualifications in both IT and Finance. She has worked in the Property, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Mining industries as a data and business analyst and project manager.
